Customized or personalized jute bags are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of damaged or defective items, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items purchased under clearance or discounted sales unless faulty.
